sertraline
n.
an antidepressant drug that acts by prolonging the action of the neurotransmitter serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine) in the brain (see SSRI). It is taken by mouth for the treatment of depression and obsessive–compulsive disorder; side-effects may include dizziness, agitation, tremor, nausea, diarrhoea, and drowsiness.

Lustral.
